Who we are
Georgia Injury Connect is a free attorney-matching service. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not accept cases. We pass your enquiry to an independent attorney licensed in Georgia, who is solely responsible for any advice or representation they provide. Submitting a request does not create an attorney-client relationship. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome in any other matter.
What we collect
Only what you enter into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, optional email address, the ZIP code where the incident happened, and your answers about what happened, when, whether you received medical treatment, who you believe was at fault, and whether you already have an attorney. Our server also records the page you submitted from, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, which we use to prevent spam and abuse.
Some of this concerns your health. We ask for it only because an attorney needs it to assess whether they can help, and we keep it to the minimum needed for that.
Why we collect it, and who we share it with
We pass your details to an independent attorney licensed in Georgia who handles cases in your area, so they can contact you about your enquiry. That is the purpose of the form. We do not sell your information to advertisers or list brokers, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
No attorney-client relationship
Submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information you send through it is not protected as a privileged communication until an attorney has actually agreed to represent you. Please do not send confidential details beyond what the form asks for.
How you will be contacted
By submitting the form you are asking to be contacted about your enquiry, by phone, text or email. You can tell whoever contacts you to stop at any time and they must honour that. Message and data rates may apply for texts.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added in future this page will be updated before they go live.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the details you submitted, or to stop sharing them, by getting in touch. If an attorney has already received your enquiry you may also need to ask them directly, as they then hold their own copy.
